Strong foundations, from the beginning.
In the early years, literacy, numeracy, creative expression and physical development give children a confident start. Teachers use hands-on experiences, collaborative activities and a range of teaching methods to support individual learning styles.
Our approach supports the whole child: academic growth, social development and emotional well-being.
Curiosity that reaches beyond the textbook.
Inquiry-based learning, project work and collaborative problem-solving help students ask better questions and make meaningful connections.
- STEM and STEAM experiences in science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics.
- Math league, Science Fairs and Heritage Fairs that develop academic confidence and teamwork.
- Outdoor learning and the school garden, connecting students with nature and environmental stewardship.
- Community outreach that encourages empathy, service and civic engagement.
Growing independence. Expanding horizons.
Through the secondary years, students deepen their understanding of core subjects while developing independence, self-confidence and leadership. Our learning community currently extends through Grade 11.

- Punjabi language: developing confidence in reading, writing and speaking.
- Traditional music: Kirtan, Tabla and Dilruba.
- Religious assemblies: participation in Gurpurabs and Gurmat Camps.
- Cultural activity: Bhangra within physical education, with Giddha, Gatka/Archery and Dilruba through extracurricular activities.
These experiences help students take pride in their heritage while respecting the diversity of Canada’s multicultural society.
