Tuition is an annual obligation paid through the school’s annual or monthly arrangements. Resource fees are due at registration.

The published deposit requirement applies from March 31, 2026.

The deposit is separate from tuition, registration and annual fees. The published policy provides for deposit refunds at the end of the first school year if a child withdraws during that year, or upon later withdrawal, subject to outstanding balances. Review the full Refund Policy for details.

Bus fees are charged monthly regardless of the number of school days. One month’s notice is required to start or stop service.

- Annual payment: staff confirm any applicable 10% or 5% discount when recording payment. No discount is applied automatically.
- Monthly payment: ten equal post-dated payments or pre-authorized payments.
- Due date: monthly fees are due by the 10th.
- Year-end balance: May and June balances must be paid by April 30.
- Methods: cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or debit.
- Credit card: a $2 processing fee applies per payment.
- Late payment: $25 late fee, plus $25 for each additional month. The published policy states no late-fee waivers and a notice after 60 days.
- Returned cheque: $25 plus applicable late fees unless paid on time.

Refunds and enrolment deposits are subject to the school’s Refund Policy.
